Dr. John Musser possesses the sensitivity and insight to assess the intangible yet complex forces in the workplace that can make the difference between organizational success and failure.  For over seventeen years, Dr. Musser has advised business leaders and organizations to reach for a new level of awareness and witnessed a dramatic improvement in their ability to produce results. 

Dr. Musser holds both a master’s and doctoral degree in psychology with specialized experience and training as a practicing clinical psychologist. As an assessment expert, consultant, trainer, and motivational speaker, Dr. Musser works with companies to facilitate leadership development of managers and maximize performance of personnel.

Dr. Musser provides expertise in pre-hire assessments for sales associates and other multi-functional managers and leaders.  Dr. Musser utilizes several leading sales assessments that can give leaders valuable insight into what kind of talent they have, what training they need, and how to allocate talent effectively to accomplish company sales goals.  Dr. Musser also designs and delivers customized training curriculum as well as developing managers as coaches and drivers of continuous performance development.   The result for the company is maximum return on investment of an already existing asset:  a well trained, productive sales force.
