Our division implemented pre-hire assessments from Enhanced Sales Potential in February '07.  In addition, we have been using the SPQ® information for coaching and development, including an emphasis on eliminating ‘yielder’® behaviors that might impact closing, challenging objections, negotiating, etc.

By November '07 we achieve a conversion rate of 6.17%.  This is a 30% increase over our conversion rate of 4.31% from 2006.  In addition, we were the #1 division of all new home builders in conversion rate (sales/traffic) for the Phoenix metro area as of September 2007.
